Lawn-Banner isolated
The isolated banner in digital printing is made from our FlagTex polyester fabric with a grammage of 110 grams / m². Our fabrics impress with their good workmanship, strong tear resistance, identical, slightly shiny coloring and smooth surface structure. In addition, the fabrics are weatherproof and can be used for indoor and outdoor use. The banner can be produced in various forms and enables individual designs. With our textile direct printing machines we are able to reproduce any color values, photos and color gradients brilliantly. The color design is done in the CMYK process and is applied to the fabric on one side in the textile direct print. The ink used is water-based and therefore environmentally friendly. This is fixed to the textile at approx. 180 degrees after application. The printing width of our systems and thus the seamless production is 310 cm. Optionally, all materials can be offered with the flame retardant property. These meet the requirements of EN 13501-1. The banner is made with an overlock seam / simple industrial seam without a lap seam. Please contact our support for express production.
